2. Select Nintendo eShop on the HOME Menu
3. Select the account you want to use
4. Select Enter Code on the left side of the screen
5. Enter the 16-character download code

10. Card balances cannot be redeemed for cash or for third-party stored value and are non-refundable unless required by law.
11. Card balances will not be replaced by Nintendo or your retailer if the card is lost or stolen.
